                                                       Beef meat with green sauce

               Ingradients:
Beef meat, Garlic, Capers, Anchovies, Olive oil, Parsley.
             
               Preparation

- Wrap the meat in foil paper

- Leave the meat to cook in the oven for 1 hour 10 minutes at 180 degrees (depends on your oven)

- Add the parsley, Anchovies, Capers, and the piece of garlic to the blender then add olive oil

- Blend everything toghether

- After that, put the sauce in a little container, then add olive oil.

                                  The beef meat and the green sauce are ready!
