                                                                  Zobo drink

Zobo drink is a drink loved by most Nigerians and it is made from the Hibiscus sabdariffa  

Health benefits:

- It lowers the blood pressure
- It helps to fight bacteria
- It protects the liver
- It has antioxidants, molecules that destroy cells that are not good for our health

                                                         Ingredients

Zobo, 1 pineapple, Mint syrup, Ginger, Cloves, 1 lemon.

                                                       Preparation

- Add some water in a pot then add the Zobo (make sure you already washed the Zobo before adding it)

- Add some ginger (peel and grate the Ginger before adding it)

- Add the cloves, stirr then leave it to cook for 30 minutes

- Peel and cut into pieces the pineapple then blend the pieces

- Extract the juice from the pineapple in a bowl then do the same with the zobo

- After that put the zobo drink in a bowl and add 90 ml of mint syrup

- Add the pineapple juice if you don't get the desired taste, you could add some more

- Add 60 g of sugar then stirr very well.

                                               The Zobo drink is ready!

How to cook Plantain porridge

Ingredients:

- Plantain

- Mackerel fish

- Onions

- Scotch bonnet

- Salt

- Palm oil

- Spinach

- Maggi cube

- Crayfish
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Preparation:

1. Peel and cut in pieces the plantain and put them in a pot with some water

2. Add salt and cover it to cook

3. Add some onions then add the scotch bonnet (make sure you blend the scotch bonnet before adding it) and stirr

4. Add the maggi then add the crayfish and cook for 8 minutes

5. Add the mackerel fish then add the palm oil and stirr gently then add the spinach and mix

How to cook chicken with curry and coconut milk



How to prepare Chickhen with curry and coconut milk

Ingredients:

- Chicken breast

- Onions

- Coconut milk

- Soy sauce

- Curry

- White pepper

- Salt

- Lemon

- Maggi

- Olive oil
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Preparation:

1. Add oil to a pan and add the chicken breast (first you have to cut the chicken breast into pieces)

2. Stirr a bit then add the onions

3. Keep stirring then add salt

4. Add white pepper then add a teaspoon of lemon and cook for 1 minute

5. Add curry and the soy sauce and cook for 1 minute

6. Add the coconut milk and leave to cook for 3 minutes

Then the food is ready!!!!
